SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective September 13, 2026

Program description

Sant Research uses this number for customer care and company-internal communication: resolving issues, appointment scheduling and reminders, troubleshooting, general support inquiries, and operational notifications from our laboratory systems to staff. Messages are conversational, one to one, and transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You receive messages only after you have given us your mobile number during a support or project engagement and asked to be contacted by text: in writing (email), verbally, or by texting our number first. Staff receive operational notifications as part of their work. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Verbal consent script

When a customer gives us a mobile number in person or on the phone, we read the following and record the customer's answer, the date, and the number given:

"Sant Research would like to send you text messages about your repair, appointment, or support request, such as status updates, scheduling, and questions we need answered. Messages come from our number and may be composed by our automated system. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our terms are at santresearch.com/sms and our privacy policy at santresearch.com/privacy. Do you agree to receive text messages from Sant Research at [number]?"

Consent is recorded only when the customer answers yes. If the customer texts our number first, that message is treated as consent for the conversation it starts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your engagement and with activity in the lab; typically a few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
